SOUL Motivational Training is an organisation which works with employers to create a socially inclusive & diverse workforce. SOUL provides accredited training which empowers people from diverse backgrounds to secure and / or enhance their employment opportunities.
Our Training
It has always been, and will always be, about people. We truly see our learners' as central to our work. SOUL Motivational Training assess each learners' needs to establish their potential and recognise their challenges. We provide a caring, safe and respectful environment underpinned by inspirational teaching and learning. All staff are highly trained and committed to providing the best level of service to each learner.
How is SOUL training different?
As a FETAC Quality Assured provider, SOUL provides quality training from Level 1 – Level 6 on the National Framework of qualifications. This accredited training is underpinned with motivation at every step for our learners'.
SOUL has developed the innovative PAC Method of training which works to foster the holistic development of each learner in order to assist them reach their full potential.
- We ensure learner excellence through joint identification of training needs and working with them to achieve agreed outcomes. Essentially, we partner with our learners to ensure their "Potential".
- We strive to be as innovative & as flexible as possible in meeting the changing needs of our learners while we "Assist" them with education.
- We consult our learners' in an open and impartial way supporting partnership, and "Connect" our learners with opportunities which become available.
